Mike Moran is a Roanoke-based actor, puppeteer, musician, and teaching artist whose work spans theatre, live storytelling, voice acting, and interdisciplinary performance.

His stage work includes Claudius in Hamlet, Ed Boone in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Fagin in Oliver!, and Willy Wonka in an early stage production of Willy Wonka. He has also performed professionally with Riverside Theatre and contributed voice work to independent audio drama productions.

Mike is also the creator of The Iowa Goatsinger, an ongoing performance project combining puppetry, music, spoken word, and theatrical storytelling. His work has appeared in festivals, live performance showcases, and community arts events throughout the region.

A longtime theatre educator and teaching artist, he brings more than three decades of experience in performance, directing, storytelling, and arts instruction to his work as an actor.
